The ceramic sheet is suitable for the rubber bag of the roller driven by the conveyor belt in the muddy environment. The manufacturer who chooses this kind of surface material basically does not understand the use environment and conditions of the buffer strip and makes it blindly. The adhesive performance of polyurethane is good, the technical requirements for bonding are low, but the material is easy to hydrolyze, and the impact resistance is poor. It is still easy to open the adhesive layer phenomenon for a long time. The friction coefficient of UHMWPE is low, the self-lubricating property is super good, which is convenient for the belt passing, and is very suitable for the surface material of buffer strip under the bad working condition. However, it requires high requirements for the process of the manufacturer, and it is not difficult to combine rubber without special treatment.

  Characteristics of UHMWPE board

  1. The wear resistance of the products is higher than that of nylon-66, 9 times higher than HDPE and HPVC, 9 times higher than that of non-metal, and 20 times of A3 steel in erosion environment;

  2. The impact strength is twice of PC and 5 times of ABS, while that of POM is about 8 times higher than PBT;

  3. The friction coefficient is low, about 0.05-0.11, which is not comparable to polytetrafluoroethylene, and better than that of steel and copper with lubricating oil. Under water lubrication, the dynamic friction coefficient of UHMW-PE is half lower than that of PA-66 and POM;

  4. The excellent non water absorption, the water absorption of UHMW-PE is lower, 0.01% is only 0.1% of PA-6;

  5. The excellent non viscosity shows that the adsorption force is very weak, and its anti adhesion ability is second to that of the PTEF which is not sticky in plastic, so the surface of the product is not easy to bond with other materials;

  6. Excellent chemical corrosion resistance, can resist various corrosion media (acid, alkali, salt) and organic medium in a certain temperature and concentration range; The surface of polyurethane as the buffer strip of wear-resistant layer falls off two weeks later. The high friction of ceramic wear-resistant layer on site results in scratches, heat and smoke of the conveyor belt, which results in scratches, heat and smoke.

  When the buffer strip receives impact, it mainly plays a good buffering effect through the elastic material through its physical elasticity. Therefore, the rubber elasticity must meet certain conditions. The rubber elasticity of the buffer strip is about 55 degrees shore hard in the international, and the rubber must also have a certain corrosion resistance. (if the rubber is used in the underground, it must be treated flame retardant rubber), And it has certain tear resistance, tensile strength, elongation at break, adhesion strength of rubber nonmetal profile, etc. Therefore, when selecting the manufacturer, the manufacturer with the ability of inspection and experimental equipment is selected. Through the comparative experiment of domestic manufacturers, it is found that some enterprises have better performance indicators to publicize, but the basic rubber hardness has not reached. The hardness of some manufacturers tested is about 70 degrees, which can not play the role of material buffer.

  adhesive technology

  How to bond the three different properties of the material together is one of the difficulties that perplex the manufacturer. Two kinds of bonding technologies, hot vulcanization bonding technology and condition bonding are mainly used in China. However, the bonding technology can not fundamentally solve the problem. The tearing phenomenon of the adhesive layer will occur in the long-term use process. Therefore, the hot vulcanization technology is the key to solve the problem.

  Whether in the world or in China, the fixed way of buffer strip cushion bed frame body is roughly divided into two types: one is steel hook and the other is aluminum alloy connecting frame hook. The steel structure is durable, not deformed, and can be fixed. It will gradually replace the aluminum alloy junction. In terms of the scope of use, both steel pole can be used in the underground and well, but the aluminum alloy structure, It is forbidden to use this kind of connection in the underground in the world and China. Therefore, any company claims that aluminum alloy structure can be used underground and provide relevant flame retardant, which proves that it is cheating on consumers. Domestic market is not willing to adopt this steel pole structure, but does not have this technology. From the perspective of connection structure, the bonding performance of rubber non steel pole is required by this connection method, and special hot vulcanization bonding technology (different from the general bonding formula) must be adopted.
