　　The round pipe belt conveyor is a kind of special belt conveyor developed on the basis of the trough belt conveyor. It uses several (usually six) idlers to form a regular polygon idler group to force the conveyor belt to form a round tube, and continuously transport various kinds of powder, granular and blocky loose materials. On the basis of continuous research and practice, a set of systematic standards and methods for design, manufacture, installation, commissioning and inspection have been gradually summed up, and a series of standards and methods have been formed. It is widely used in electric power, building materials, chemical industry, metallurgy, mining, coal, port, grain and other industries.
