　　Long distance curved belt conveyor is a special belt conveyor which can realize plane turning by using plane conveyor belt. It can also make vertical convex concave arc turning with plane turning to form space turning. It is to raise the inner curve of the conveyor belt to produce an outward centrifugal thrust when the conveyor is running, so as to overcome the centripetal force of the conveyor belt tension caused by turning and ensure the turning operation of the conveyor belt. In order to avoid obstacles or unfavorable sections, curved operation lines are used to realize less or no intermediate transfer stations, so as to reduce the number of equipment, make the power supply and control system of the system more centralized and convenient, and improve the reliability of safe operation of the system
