Roller selection
1. Selection of roller length: for goods with different widths, the roller suitable for the width should be selected. Generally, "conveying + 50mm" is adopted.
2. Drum wall thickness and shaft diameter selection: according to the weight of the conveyor evenly distributed to the contact drum, calculate the required load of each drum, so as to determine the wall thickness and shaft diameter of the drum.
3. Roller material and surface treatment: according to the different conveying environment, determine the roller material and surface treatment (carbon steel galvanized, stainless steel, blackened or coated).
4. Choose the installation mode of the roller: according to the specific requirements of the overall conveyor, choose the installation mode of the roller: spring press in type, inner tooth shaft type, full flat tenon type, through shaft pin hole type, etc. The width and taper of the conical roller of the bending machine depend on the size of the goods and the turning radius.
